Role: Technical Lead / Project Design Authority (Identity & Biometric Solutions)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Contract: 6-Month

Travel: 15–20%


Must be U.S. or Dual Citizen (CFIUS clearance required)


Summary:

We’re hiring a Technical Lead/PDA to drive design and delivery of advanced identity & biometric solutions. You’ll lead architecture, guide engineering teams, support presales, and ensure high-quality, secure implementations.

Key Highlights:

  • Lead end-to-end solution design & technical delivery
  • Work with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
  • Support bids, customer workshops & project execution
  • Manage risks, timelines, and engineering quality

Requirements:

  • 8 years in software engineering
  • Strong leadership & solution architecture experience
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
