Job Title: HR Customer Service Representative
Location: 893 Hope Way, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Work Schedule: Onsite (non-hybrid); shifts vary between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking HR Customer Service Representatives to join the Tier 1 Contact Center Learning Team. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, providing high-quality HR support during peak periods such as annual enrollment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline resource for employee HR inquiries via phone and internal systems
- Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service standards
- Provide accurate information related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Document interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution
- Support annual enrollment activities and other HR initiatives
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Prior Call center experience OR HR experience (both preferred)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
Training & Onboarding
- Mandatory 1-week initial training (no absences or tardiness allowed)
- Training conducted during scheduled work hours with a designated trainer
- Post-training, candidates will transition to the Hiring Manager for role-specific learning
- Additional HR training may be provided based on call volume and business needs
Work Environment & Expectations
- Fully onsite role (no hybrid option)
- Business-appropriate attire required (especially during Teams calls and in-office presence)
- Must adhere to standard contact center policies and performance expectations.
