Title: Employee Experience Partner

Summary:
The Employee Experience Partner (EEP) will facilitate and provide support for general human resources policies and procedures. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function to include office management, document management, and customer service support. EEP provides support for employee events, engagement programs, and communication. Individual uses excellent customer service skills in promotion of the HR operating model and serves as a liaison with shared services as necessary. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, new hire processing, separation of work procedures, and compliance monitoring for regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the employee experience through onboarding, engagement initiatives, HR projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and office operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee events.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and candidate experience activities.
- Partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Health teams throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files.
- Manage employee badge administration, access tracking, and related processes.
- Support performance management processes, employee evaluations, and competency documentation.
- Conduct document audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with employee separations, exit interviews, and related HR processes.
- Administer tuition reimbursement, employee wellness, and special compensation programs.
- Support local job fairs, open enrollment events, employee communications, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures and assist with policy updates as needed.
- Track HR metrics, support workforce planning initiatives, and assist with budget monitoring.
- Serve as a liaison between employees, HR Business Partners, and shared services teams.
- Promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including Excel VLOOKUPs.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
- Experience with workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR analytics.
