Position Overview

• Location: Pueblo, Colorado
• Role: General Dentist
• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday (4-day workweek)
• Current Team:
• 1 Dentist
• 4 Hygienists
• Procedures: General bread-and-butter dentistry
• Technology: Fully digital practice, iTero
• Payor Mix: 30% Medicaid, 70% PPO/other insurances
  

This practice offers a well-established patient base with strong hygiene support—ideal for maximizing production and clinical efficiency.

Clinical Environment

• Strong hygiene-driven model feeding consistent doctor volume
• Fully digital systems with iTero scanning for streamlined workflows
• Bread-and-butter dentistry with autonomy to expand into additional procedures if desired
• Denticon experience a plus (but not required)
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model:

• 30% of Collections (daily guarantee available)
• Earning Potential: $300,000 annually

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Colorado dental licensure
• CPR / ACLS certification
