Are you a dedicated and driven General Dentist looking to practice with autonomy, high earning potential, and long-term growth? Advantage Dental Group, an established, patient-focused dental practice in Pueblo, Colorado, is actively seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our expanding team. If you are a new graduate General Dentist interested in an opportunity that offers mentorship, training, and support, this may be a good fit for you. We are led by a skilled owner dentist who can provide support 2-3 days per week~

What We Offer:

Compensation

• Competitive market-based pay

• Monthly Guaranteed salary up to 20k per month and or collections-based compensation (whichever is greater of the two) 

• Earnings potential up to $300,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance – total package of up to $25,000 to make your move easy and stress-free

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Dental License

• 3 years of hands-on clinical experience

• CPR/ACLS certification

• Familiarity with Denticon software is a plus
