- Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico
- Position: General Dentist
- Current Staff: Hygienists trained clinical support
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM
- Annual Clinic Production: ~$700,000
- Payor Mix: PPO, cash pay, and ~30% Medicaid

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry across a wide procedural mix
- Treat patients of all ages with professionalism and strong clinical judgment
- Manage and grow an established patient base
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists and support staff for smooth patient flow
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice
- Actively prepare for future partnership by adopting a business-minded, ownership-oriented approach
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
- Brings an entrepreneurial, partner-first mindset
- Interested in long-term growth and ownership
- Comfortable with a productive schedule
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Experience:
- Open to new grads — mentorship provided by Dr. Williams for the first 6 months
