We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as a Shipping & Patient Support Coordinator.
This position combines hands-on supplement shipping and order fulfillment with patient communication and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, working efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supplement Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Prepare, package, and ship supplement orders to patients.
- Process daily UPS shipments, including printing shipping labels and preparing packages for pickup.
- Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain supplement inventory and shipping supplies.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplement deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping workspace.
- Assist with tracking shipments and resolving shipping-related questions.
Patient Communication & Scheduling
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist patients with general questions and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Communicate with patients regarding supplement orders and shipping updates.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in our scheduling and practice management systems.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
General Office Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Work closely with providers, health coaches, and administrative staff.
- Help maintain efficient daily office operations.
- Support the team in creating a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients.
- Ability to lift and move supplement boxes and shipping supplies.
- Previous experience with UPS shipping, inventory management, customer service, or medical office scheduling is a plus, but not required.
