Position: Customer Service / Shipping Associate (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional manner.
- Process new orders and create detailed invoices in our job tracking software.
- Manage client transactions and accept payments.
- Present completed orders to customers with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and data entry processes strongly preferred.
- Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year) required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clerical and administrative roles.
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift objects up to 50lbs.
- Ability to remain on your feet intermittently throughout the day.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- No evenings or weekends required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
- Paid time off
Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Springfield, MO 65804 before starting.
