Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining shipping/receiving responsibilities with customer service support. You will play a key role in both the physical flow of products and the customer experience.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room for advancement based on performance, reliability, and skill development.
Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving
- Package, label, and prepare electronic devices for shipment
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain organization and accuracy in all shipping records
- Assist in maintaining an efficient workflow in the production/shipping area
Customer Service
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide updates on order and repair status
- Assist customers with placing orders (Shopify experience is a plus)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Learn and understand our products and services to better assist customers
- Work with the team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills required (Shopify or similar platforms a plus)
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Automotive knowledge or parts experience is a bonus

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( w/ One Hour Lunch Break)
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
