- Check all tickets and make sure they are valid with the right date
- applying wristbands or handstamps as required per event
- Direct patrons to seat, ATM, restrooms, Box office, Security, Guests relations, etc
- Be courteous to ALL patrons
- Perform Security screening processes; screening techniques of Magnetometer scans, Handwand scans, pat downs, and bag checks when Security has been re-positioned for the event
- Make sure that no outside food or unexplained packages are admitted into facility during an event
- Ensure no alcohol leaves the facility
- Have flashlight available to use when needed
- Watch section and enforce the NO smoking policy
- After the event, check in area for lost and found, turn in at office, assure that outside doors are secured
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (Occasional morning shifts per event type)
- Able to work alone, or in a team environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
