Role: Supply Chain Specialist (Aerospace)
Location: Naples, FL (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure on-time delivery of parts.
- Track production progress, inventory, and supplier commitments.
- Identify delivery delays and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers.
- Work with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier performance, production capacity, and quality metrics.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with engineering, quality, and procurement teams.
- Visit supplier facilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, supplier development, or delivery assurance.
- Aerospace or defense industry experience preferred.
