Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong hands-on PC-DMIS programming skills to support precision aerospace manufacturing and inspection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
- Troubleshoot measurement routines, probing, and inspection issues.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and dimensional quality inspections.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CMM programming experience.
- Advanced PC-DMIS programming skills, including creating programs from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, CMM setup, probing, and precision measurement.
- Experience with tight-tolerance manufacturing and complex engineering drawings.
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and First Article Inspection.
- Experience with root-cause analysis and dimensional nonconformance resolution.
