Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager - 175858

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an FMS Case Manager to support a major Department of Defense security assistance program. This role supports the full lifecycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases involving communications, surveillance, intelligence, and other defense systems for international partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMS cases from initial customer requirements through delivery and sustainment.
• Support development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).
• Coordinate equipment, training, logistics, shipping, and support requirements.
• Track case execution, funding, milestones, and overall program status.
• Work with government, military, and contractor stakeholders to ensure successful case delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting FMS, Security Assistance, logistics, acquisition, contracts, finance, or program management activities preferred.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
