Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DAS Technician to support our client located in Richmond, VA. The DAS Technician will support the installation and maintenance of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and related cabling infrastructure, working alongside lead technicians to deliver high-quality wireless solutions across a variety of facilities.

Responsibilities of the DAS Technician include:
- Assist lead technicians with DAS installations and in-building wireless system deployments
- Install and support cabling infrastructure including coaxial, fiber optic, and Cat5/6
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete structured cabling and equipment installation
- Maintain clean, safe worksites and follow all safety protocols
- Support installations across diverse environments such as hospitals, stadiums, schools, and office buildings
- Ensure work meets company and manufacturer quality standards
- 1 year of technical experience or equivalent combination of education and hands-on training
- Experience working with cabling systems (coaxial, fiber, copper)
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and installation plans
- Familiarity with OEM equipment and wireless infrastructure components
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Salary Range: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
