Role Location & Travel Requirements

- Home base: Richmond, VA
- Travel required, including overnight stays up to 4 nights at a time
- Occasional travel to the Tennessee market
- Company vehicle provided
- Hotel accommodations covered
- $65/day per diem
- On-call rotation every 6-8 weeks

- 2-4 years of hands-on DAS experience, including installation, day-2 support, integration, and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and testing background in DAS environments
- Technical Proficiency
- Fiber testing & troubleshooting (Fluke, AFL, OTDR required)
- Fiber scoping and single-mode splicing
- Familiarity with major OEMs: JMA, Corning, Comba, CommScope
- Experience with PIM/Sweep testing and coax/fiber diagnostics
