Essential Duties of the AV Technician:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial AV systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks.
- Diagnose and resolve audio, video, control system, conferencing, and network-related issues.
- Restore system functionality while meeting customer service expectations and SLAs.
- Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions.
- 7 years of enterprise AV experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
- Recognized technical expert with broad knowledge across multiple AV platforms and technologies.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and complex system issues.
- $75,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
