About the Role
The Manager leads a solid, teamwork-oriented group, as well as oversees the development of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop a solid collections team.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Assign, delegate, and coordinate work to the collections team.
- Collaborate with management to resolve disputes and escalated customer (internal/external) issues.
- Drive strategy execution.
- Identify potential gaps and recommend policy changes/process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and developing risk mitigation strategies for a diverse customer base.
- Manage Collection policies and procedures to ensure consistently and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to answers and resolve internal/external customer questions.
- Lead special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong leadership with the ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees.
- Effective influencing and persuasion skills.
- Ability to determine strategy for methods/practices that monitor and measure goals.
- Minimum of Seven years of experience required.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Experience with collections software preferred.
- Outgoing personality.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
