About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our grant management operations. This role involves coordinating projects, managing documentation, supporting client communications, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow across multiple grant programs. It offers strong growth potential within a mission-driven organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess day-to-day grant and project workflows, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.Oversee filing systems, documentation management, and organization of grant-related records.Support client relations with clear, timely, and professional communication.Ensure accurate execution of detailed processes and tasks.Handle administrative functions including data entry, report preparation, and follow-up on outstanding items. RequirementsAbility to multi-task across several detailed projects with consistent and proactive follow-up.Superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative, project coordination, or grant-related experience.Strong general computer skills and problem-solving abilities.Fast learner with the ability to research, analyze, and simplify processes.Strong writing and documentation skills.Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Team player who is committed, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond.

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
