Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented ServiceTitan Administrative Specialist with 5 years of hands-on experience. This role is critical to ensuring our systems run efficiently, our data is accurate, and our team is fully supported from a back-end operations standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize ServiceTitan platform settings and workflows
- Oversee dispatch board setup, scheduling logic, and job flow efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer, job, and financial data within ServiceTitan
- Generate and analyze reports (KPIs, revenue, technician performance, etc.)
- Support billing, invoicing, and integration with accounting systems
- Train and support staff on ServiceTitan best practices
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceTitan administrative experience (required)
- Strong understanding of ServiceTitan features, reporting, and integrations
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and training abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
