Job Description

• Provide support for day-to-day contract governance, solicitation, planning and administration of current and future contracts.
• Assist in the development of documents which include but are not limited to; reporting templates; create tools to support management of contracts and acquisitions; draft meeting schedules, agendas, expectations, and standard processes.
• Support meetings with Oversight Managers and Program Offices and facilitate meetings as needed; support ongoing trend and detailed analyses across the vendor ecosystem with regard to performance, financials, and service delivery.
• Provide ongoing support for general contract oversight of other contracts and provide acquisition management support which includes acquisition package development, proposal evaluations, and acquisition activities.
• Draft, develop, and review pertinent acquisition documentation to include; acquisition planning documents, Statement of Objectives, Statement of Work (SOW), and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
• Assist in supporting customers with collecting program requirements and contractual selection criteria; support activities to include; consolidation of consensus documents, facilitation of discussions, gathering of feedback and responding to vendor questions/comments.

Job Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree required
• Experience Level: 1-year experience in commercial or government field organizing data and creating process efficiencies.
• Qualifications and Skills: Experience in the Microsoft suite and skilled at learning new systems as an end user. Skilled at entering and tracking data without errors. Experience analyzing and improving processes.
