Job Description

YRCI is seeking a Communications Lead to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:

• Apply superior written and verbal communications skills and is responsible for ensuring quality and clarity of all messages distributed from or on behalf of the service center.
• Keep the customer are the forefront of all messaging.
• Duties include:
  • Operate as the primary reviewer of customer communications for Enterprise Services (ES) on behalf of the service center.
  • Consult frequently with the Government on customer perception and experience.
  • Monitor quality and clarity of all messaging used in supporting service center documents, including but not limited to DTPs, auto- generated emails, and contact center scripts.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of recent experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency of the English language.
• Familiarity with Federal Human Resources (HR) policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Meet deadlines.
• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong quality assurance capabilities. 

Preferred Skills:

• Federal HR experience.
