Purchasing Coordinator (Chinese Required)

Job Summary

YOUXING CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING INC. is looking for a reliable and organized Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist with purchasing construction materials, tools, equipment, and other project-related supplies to support multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can work with both our U.S. team and our China team to ensure materials are purchased and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Request quotes from suppliers and compare pricing.
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Coordinate material deliveries and follow up on order status.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain purchasing records, supplier information, and order history.
• Work closely with project managers and the operations team to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Assist with sourcing new suppliers when needed.
• Monitor inventory of commonly used materials and office supplies.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain purchasing logs and reports.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing, administrative, or office experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Experience in construction or building materials is a plus
