The Opportunity:
As Director of Marketing, you will own Yourco's go-to-market presence from the ground up. This is a high-impact role reporting to the CEO — equal parts strategist and executor. You will define how the world understands Yourco, build the demand generation programs that fill our pipeline, and oversee the strategy that connects our brand with HR and Communications leaders.
Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a builder — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows how to prioritize, and can easily move from strategy to execution.
- Define and evolve Yourco's brand identity and positioning across all segments and buyer personas
- Develop and execute a messaging architecture that clearly articulates our differentiation
- Partner with Sales to ensure messaging translates into pipeline conversations that convert
- Develop and execute product launch campaigns including product content, release communications and case studies
- Work with Field Marketing on Yourco's event strategy including trade shows, industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars
- Oversee integrated demand generation programs and work with Growth Marketing across digital, content, email, paid, and SEO
- Own the marketing pipeline and reporting — set targets, track performance, and optimize for pipeline contribution and revenue impact
- Create and execute a content and social media strategy that builds Yourco's brand presence and educates and converts across the full buyer journey
- Lead communications strategy including thought leadership and PR
What We're Looking For:
- 7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong command of demand generation — you know how to build pipeline, not just generate impressions
- Experience with product marketing, messaging, and positioning — you can translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Exceptional communicator — in writing, in presentations, and in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in HR tech, workforce management, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
- Comfortable operating as a player-coach — you lead strategy and execute
