Who We Serve: From small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, organizations in traditional industries trust Yourco as their frontline communications and frontline intelligence platform. Some of our customers include Snap-on, Sherwin-Williams, Keg Restaurants, Indianapolis Airport Authority, Great Day Improvements, and Ozinga. We specialize in serving industries with frontline, non-desk employees which make up 80% of the global workforce – manufacturing, construction, transportation, oil & gas, warehousing, agriculture, facilities services, retail, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Create and build relationships with Insurance Groups, Employee Benefit Brokers, HR Consultants, and other HR Tech companies.
- Work with our existing partners and partner ecosystem to drive new opportunities. Build deep and lasting relationships.
- Constantly network with new potential partners in order to form new relationships.
- Build deeper relationships with partners through lunches, dinners, sporting events, concerts, industry-specific events, etc.
- Demo Yourco to current and new potential partners.
- Keep current partners up to date on the progress they have made in our partnership program.
