Role Description

We're looking for a talented Part-Time Freelance Graphic Designer to support a variety of client marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing across both digital and print mediums and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining strong brand consistency.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing strategist, copywriter, SEO specialist, and web developer to create engaging visual assets that help our clients attract, educate, and convert their ideal customers.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive email graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns.
• Create paid advertising creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other digital platforms.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, pamphlets, flyers, one-pagers, case studies, and presentation materials.
• Create trade show graphics including booth displays, banners, signage, table throws, and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to vendor specifications.
• Design web graphics, landing page visuals, and other digital assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Organize editable design files within shared cloud storage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into compelling visual designs.
• Deliver files optimized for both print and web while meeting project deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage revisions across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print marketing work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Experience designing email marketing campaigns and paid social advertising creatives.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva is a plus.
• Experience preparing print-ready files for commercial production.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and collaborate effectively with marketers and copywriters.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced agency environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
