JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER WANTED

We are growing. Our immediate need is for an on-premises creative graphic designer capable of producing original high-quality visual concepts as well as handling more traditional graphic design projects. Our ideal candidate may be just getting started (a recent grad) or have some agency experience. We care most about talent, skills and cultural fit. We want people with passion, creativity, design skills, intellectual curiosity, and the desire to learn and grow.

We are:

· An established creative marketing agency with a team of talented professionals based in Hainesport, NJ. Our offices are far from traffic congestion yet close to major highways for easy access.

· Our creativity mostly serves marketing needs for the consumer-packaged goods industry - mainly food, snacks and confections. We create and develop ideas and bring them to life visually.

· Most of our graphic design work is focused on packaging, retail displays, sales presentations, and ads (print, social and digital).

· Our clients are globally trusted leaders in their respective product categories and our creative work touches millions of consumers across the US, North America and beyond.

· We do fun stuff for great clients and major brands. The work of our team impacts consumers in every retail outlet, every day.

We are looking for a highly motivated graphic designer who is:

· Turned on by great design.

· Enthusiastic about creative challenges, intellectually curious - always seeking clever graphic solutions.

· Unafraid to tackle a blank screen and feels great pride seeing their work on store shelves across the country.

· Energized to learn and eager to work with a talented team.

· Constantly aware of design influences and trends – inspired.

· Visually Smart…able to optimize design as a communication tool, i.e., convert thoughts into compelling visuals.

· Edgy, yet traditional - and aware enough to know the difference.

· A good person with a positive attitude.

Graphic designer requirements:

· Legally available to work in the US.

· We prefer a 4-year degree from an accredited Graphic Design College.

· Candidate must have a portfolio showcasing their talent and versatility.

· Proficiency in all leading design applications (Adobe Creative Suite) and PowerPoint.

· Proficient in digital/social media and simple animation.

· Must be able to draw, design, and render.
