The Role As a Lead Manager, you are the "First Impression" of our company. You aren't just reading a script; you are building relationships and setting the stage for deals.
- Engage: Handle inbound/outbound calls with homeowners confidently.
- Discover: Deeply understand the homeowner’s situation, motivation, and needs through active listening.
- Qualify: Filter leads efficiently to identify genuine opportunities for our Acquisition team.
- Nurture: Manage follow-ups professionally and document every interaction accurately in our CRM.

- Excellent Communicator: Your English is fluent, confident, and articulate (verbal and written). Fluent spoken and written Spanish is required.

- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or high-volume calling is a major plus.
