Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property showings, evaluating market trends, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Agents are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, staying current on real estate laws and practices, and utilizing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Experience in Sales and Real Estate, including buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Real Property laws, trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
