We are seeking two new full-time, year-round employee to join our amazing retail bakery team. This applicant should be available to work 5 days per week, including weekends, from the hours of 8:00am to 5 :15pm. Full-Time applicants will have two consecutive days off mid-week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide warm, polite, and exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in finding and selecting fresh baked goods and more
- Operate our POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
- Product restocking and display
- Gift wrapping and gift basket assembly
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude that contributes to our tight-knit team
- Ability to follow through with all tasks
- Strong communication skills between coworkers and management
