- Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
- Manage technician productivity
- Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualifications
