Responsibilities
- Develop effective recruiting strategies to build a large talent pool of individuals excited to join our team
- Organize large successful groupwide recruiting and training events
- Garner enthusiasm in the community about our company
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure they are a good fit for our company
- Assist our Hiring Managers with screening and interviewing candidates
- Provide training and guidance to Hiring Managers on effective recruiting and screening strategies
- Develop strong employee referral campaigns
- Build relationships with educational entities to recruit students
- Support our groups talent acquisition and overall marketing strategy
