We are actively hiring Powersports Technicians / Mechanics of all experience levels to join our team at our beautiful Young Powersports XL location in Centerville. If you’re an experienced motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician looking to work in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, modern shop environment, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities

• • Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles
  • including motorcycles
  • ATVs
  • UTVs
  • and side-by-sides (based on experience level)
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes
  • tire work
  • brake service
  • and inspections
  • Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level)
  • Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience

Qualifications

• • Passion for powersports
  • Experience as a powersports
  • automotive technician
  • or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred
  • not required)
  • A-Level or Master Certified Technician - HUGE plus
  • Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics
  • repair processes
  • and automotive technology
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
  • team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a background check
