We are actively hiring a Powersports Senior Accountant to support our growing Powersports Division at our Young Automotive Group Headquarters. We are currently seeking detail-oriented and motivated accounting professionals to contribute to our continued success at Young. The ideal candidate will have experience with billing, Accounts Payable, and/or Accounts Receivable processes, along with strong Excel knowledge and organizational skills. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, maintaining accuracy, and supporting financial operations within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
- Communicate effectively across phone
- and in-person channels.
- Perform daily accounting functions
- including billing
- account reconciliations
- journal entries
- and financial record maintenance
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support month-end close activities and help prepare financial and operational reports
- Maintain and organize financial data using accounting software and Excel spreadsheets
- Collaborate with management and dealership teams to support financial operations and problem-solving

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or related experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and computer skills
- Experience with billing
- Accounts Payable
- and/or Accounts Receivable preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
