Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing units that meet their needs
- Build relationships and provide top-notch customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date with unit sales trends

- Work in a fast-paced retail environment
- meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales experience
Qualifications
- You must be a POWERSPORTS ENTHUSIAST! Prior powersports sales experience is a huge plus
- but not absolutely required
- A familiarity with power sports
- including but not limited to Arctic Cat
- Polaris
- Honda
- Kawasaki
- Yamaha
- Polaris
- Suzuki
- and CFMoto
- Previous experience in car sales
- retail
- or a related sales role is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive
- goal-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
