We are actively hiring an Engine Tuner / Dyno Operator at our Young Powersports / Grizzy Harley-Davidson in Missoula, Montana. This role is responsible for tuning and optimizing engine performance using dynamometer equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to safely and accurately extract maximum performance while maintaining reliability.

Responsibilities
- Operate chassis dynamometer safely and efficiently
- Tune engines using aftermarket tuning software (fuel
- ignition
- boost

etc.)
- Analyze data logs and make precise adjustments for optimal performance
- Work closely with the engine builder and service team on performance builds
- Diagnose drivability and performance issues
- Maintain dyno equipment and ensure safe operating procedures
- Document tuning results and provide clear feedback to the team and customers
Qualifications
- Experience with engine tuning and/or dyno operation preferred
- Knowledge of EFI systems
- fuel mapping

- Familiarity with tuning platforms (Power Vision
- ECU flashing
- standalone systems
- etc.)
- Strong understanding of engine performance principles
- Ability to read data logs and make informed adjustments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and safety
- Able to pass a background-check and drug test
