We are actively hiring Service BDC Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at our Young Powersports / Grizzy Harley-Davidson location in Missoula, Montana! Responsibilities

• • Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments
  • maintenance reminders

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
  • Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments
  • Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications

• • Previous experience in customer service
  • call center
  • or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in growth opportunities within the organization
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
