Experience with LLumar Stone Shield, full-vehicle PPF, full-front PPF, partial-front applications, ceramic/IR window tint, or one-piece back glass applications is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
PPF Installation
- Inspect vehicles and prepare surfaces before installation.
- Perform decontamination
- clay bar treatment
- and light paint correction as needed.
- Install LLumar Stone Shield PPF on partial-front
- full-front
- and full-vehicle packages.
- Apply
- wrap
- seal
- and heat-finish film for clean
- seamless results.
- Complete final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Provide customers with PPF care and cure-time instructions.
Window Tint- Install dyed
- carbon
- ceramic
- and IR-rejecting window tint.
- Complete full-vehicle
- front-window
- and eyebrow/windshield strip applications.
- Perform one-piece back glass installations when needed.
- Ensure all tint meets Montana legal VLT requirements.
- Process applicable manufacturer warranties for premium films.
- Specialty Services
- Perform windshield chip repairs as volume allows.
- Maintain and calibrate the shop’s VLT/photometer equipment.
Shop & Quality Standards- Keep the installation area clean
- organized
- and dust-controlled.
- Maintain the heated installation bay and equipment for proper film adhesion and curing.
- Manage PPF and tint inventory and materials.
- Document completed work and billing in Tekion or the dealership DMS.
- Communicate accurate installation timelines for scheduling.
- Properly manage multi-day PPF projects
- including full-vehicle installations.
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and customer service.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Automotive PPF and/or window tint installation experience; strong hobbyist experience may also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Knowledge of PPF
- stone shield
- and window tint products.
- Comfortable working in a controlled installation environment.
- Experience using tools such as heat guns
- squeegees
- and cutting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move materials and tools as needed.
Preferred Experience- Experience with full
- full-front
- and partial-front vehicle PPF.
- Ceramic and IR-rejecting window tint experience.
- One-piece back glass tint installation experience.
- Experience with film cutting plotters or pre-cut pattern software.
- Knowledge of Montana window tint laws.
- Windshield chip repair experience or willingness to train.
- Experience with Tekion or another dealership DMS.
