- Lead a dynamic group of parts drivers, parts associates, and other parts staff to reach their maximum potential
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Commit to grow professionally and personally
- Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
- Work cohesively with other department managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
- Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
