- Make outbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-ups
- Answer customer inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently
- Work in a fast-paced call center environment, meeting daily call and service targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
