Qualifications
- Ford Certification in Sales
- Tenured Experience in Ford or related dealership as a sales person
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Follow and align with core values of Young Auto Group
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
