We are actively hiring a detail-oriented and organized Remits Clerk to join our finance team. As a Remits Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting our finance operations by monitoring remittance schedules, reconciling accounts, processing contract payments and cancellations, and helping resolve discrepancies. This role is a great fit for someone with accounting or dealership experience who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit factory rebates and manufacturer incentives for payment
• Monitor rebate, incentive, and remittance schedules
• Research and resolve unpaid items and account discrepancies
• Process contract cancellations, including GAP and Extended Service Contracts
• Post and process contract payments
• Post manufacturer rebate and incentive memos
• Prepare account analysis and assist with financial reporting
• Maintain accurate records and ensure established processes are followed
• Assist with special projects and other finance department needs
• Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Work a flexible schedule when needed during month-end closing

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and Excel
• Dealership accounting or automotive industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve problems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic mathematical calculations
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Previous courier experience is preferred
