Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation.
- Facilitate evidence-based groups for dual-diagnosis clients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support positive client outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with state, payer, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Active clinical license in the applicable state (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
- Strong group facilitation, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, client-centered behavioral healthcare.
Required Skills:
