Position Overview: Enterprise Digital Strategy & Platform is seeking an experienced Site Merchandising contractor to support digital growth across web and mobile app experiences. This role will focus on optimizing category site experiences to drive guest engagement, conversion, and topline sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Experience Management
- Develop and execute site merchandising strategies and on-site experiences that improve product findability, discoverability, and conversion
- Translate business priorities and insights into compelling digital experiences and traffic-driving tactics that enhance the guest journey
- Analytics & Insights
- Analyze site performance metrics including traffic, conversion, engagement, and financial KPIs across devices and platforms
- Monitor guest behavior and market trends to generate actionable insights and inform business decisions
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to drive continuous optimization
- Know and Advocate for the Guest
- Leverage consumer behavior, site data, and demographic insights to enhance user experience
- Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end guest journey within assigned categories
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, and Analytics teams to support category priorities
- Influence stakeholders and ensure alignment on high-impact digital experiences and strategies
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and innovation across merchandising strategies, tools, and processes
- Proactively drive improvements that enhance guest experience and business performance
- Results & Financial Accountability
- Maintain a strong sense of accountability for delivering financial results, ensuring strategies drive topline sales, profitability, and guest engagement
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of e-commerce experience (Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics in addition to site metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to varying levels of leadership
