Hourly Rate: $ 65.00 an hr -$70.00 an hr W2

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate financial processes including billing, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and general ledger integrations
• Understand end-to-end financial data flows across systems and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop a strong understanding of healthcare finance concepts and how they translate into data structures and reporting requirements
• Design and document source-to-target mappings across operational systems, finance platforms, and data warehouses
• Support the development and validation of data pipelines and transformations in collaboration with ETL and engineering teams
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models aligned to financial processes
• Support the implementation of Workday General Ledger by aligning financial data requirements with system capabilities
• Help define data structures, integrations, and reporting needs associated with GL processes
• Contribute to building internal capability as financial systems transition from vendor-supported to in-house
