What You'll Do:

Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and genuine care.

Manage the scheduling flow: book, confirm, and update patient appointments.

Collect and process patient payments accurately and efficiently.

Enter and maintain correct demographic and insurance information.

Assist patients with forms and prepare medical records ahead of visits.

Support day-to-day clinic operations by answering phones, routing calls, sorting mail, and monitoring office supplies.

Protect patient privacy and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
