What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Tech/Admissions - PRN position at Syracuse Area Health?
Performs responsibilities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide excellent, patient-focused care and services. Performs patient services, admissions and clerical/administrative tasks.
This position is a PRN, as needed role. Shifts are from 7pm-7am. Shift differentials available if applicable.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent, minimum eighteen years of age
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Nebraska or minimum of EMT Basic license
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Effective computer skills
- Patient care experience is preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
