Warehouse Materials Specialist — Fontana, CA

When most of the city sleeps, you’re the one who keeps product moving. On our overnight team in Fontana, you’ll be at the center of a fast-paced operation—keeping materials flowing safely, accurately, and on time.

What you’ll do each night

• Move, stage, and handle materials across the facility with a safety-first mindset.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks and containers efficiently.
• Keep inventory areas organized and labeled; help maintain accurate counts.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks; switch equipment as workflow requires.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and inspections before use to ensure proper function.
• Work side-by-side with teammates to hit production targets and shipping deadlines.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies without exception.
• Pitch in with additional tasks and special projects as directed by supervisors.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in material handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Comfort operating forklifts and related equipment; certification preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Willingness to work overnight (graveyard) hours and occasional overtime.
