Responsibilities
- Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all records are current.
- Generate and send out invoices and statements to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding payment status.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliation of accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
