Position Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the School Principal, the Lunch Time Office Support Worker will assist with general office relief over an extended lunch hour, while promoting a safe and caring school environment.

Position Summary

Major Responsibilities
- Greet people coming into the school.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
- Respond to any Public Address (PA) system calls.
- Provide assistance to students for minor injuries when required.
- Prepare and maintain a log related to students’ injuries/accidents.
- Be aware and familiarized with school's emergency response protocols, including lockdown procedures, evacuation routes, and communication channels
Education:
- Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education.
- A minimum of three months of experience is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respect the confidentiality requirements of the school.
- Ability to perform multiple activities.
- Experience working with children.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Cognizant of safety and the well-being of the children.
