What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment (dozer, haul truck, excavator).
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and daily checks.
• Keep communication clear and respectful with co-workers and supervisors.
• Maintain awareness of safety, productivity, and site conditions.
• Take initiative to solve problems and support your team wherever needed.

What You Bring

• Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment (mining or quarry preferred)
• Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, weekends, and in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential duties safely
